Cancellation And Reservation Policy
The Spa Magnolia accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express to secure your appointment. Last minute changes and cancellations affect the livelihood of our spa therapists. With less than 24 hrs. notice, you will be charged 50% of the service.
Spa Etiquette
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to enjoy the ritual of tea and a warm aromatic towel for your hands and face. Arriving late may shorten the length of your treatment. No cell phones please.
Privacy
Robes and gowns are provided for treatments that require them. You will be professionally draped at all times to ensure your privacy. Our trained therapists will guide you through your treatments and gladly answer any questions you may have.
