Cancellation And Reservation Policy
The Spa Magnolia accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express to secure your appointment. Last minute changes and cancellations affect the livelihood of our spa therapists. With less than 24 hrs. notice, you will be charged 50% of the service.

Spa Etiquette
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure you are ready to begin your treatment; arriving late may shorten the length of your service. As relaxation is in progress within our environment, please turn off your cell phone.

Privacy
Robes and gowns are provided for treatments that require them. You will be professionally draped at all times to ensure your privacy. Our trained therapists will guide you through your treatments and gladly answer any questions you may have.

Gratuities
Gratuities are always accepted by therapists for great service. Industry standard is generally 15%.

Sunday through Thursday 10:00am to 6:00pm
Friday and Saturday 10:00am to 8:00pm
If you require an appointment outside these hours please inquire as to availability.
